1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

2. Changing the Shipping Address

Need to update your shipping address?
Please email us at info@cmbt-e.com as soon as possible with your new address.

⚠️ Note: Once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

5. Lost, Missing or Damaged Packages

If you suspect your parcel is lost or missing in transit, please contact us at info@cmbt-e.com. We will liaise with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- If confirmed lost, we’ll resend your order free of charge or offer a full refund.
- If your item arrives damaged, email us a photo of the packaging and item—we’ll send a replacement or process a refund right away.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your full product refund within a few business days.

6.2 Warranty Returns

All our products are covered by a minimum 1-year warranty, and in many cases up to 2 years, depending on the supplier or product type.
- The standard warranty duration is 12 months
- Select products come with an extended 24-month warranty
- Warranty details are listed on the product page or packaging — if in doubt, feel free to contact us

If your product develops a fault within the warranty period:
1. Contact us by email with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos
2. We’ll help troubleshoot and confirm warranty eligibility
3. If the claim is valid, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or full refund

Return shipping for warranty claims is initially paid by the customer, but we will fully reimburse the shipping costs once the claim is approved.

We process warranty claims within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
